Customizing the Main Screen

Information on the In/Out board can be sorted by any one of the four columns. To sort information, click on a column title. A second click on the same column will sort the information in the reverse order. The background of the selected column title will be colored blue when the alphabetical sorting is from a to z and yellow when it is sorted in the reverse order.

The columns and rows of the screen are adjustable by clicking and dragging the lines. Information to modify the colors on the In/Out board is available by Selecting Options.

There are three font sizes available. Clicking on the command "Font Size" in the Actions menu will allow you to set the font size to 8, 10 or 12.

When you want the board to display the very latest information immediately, you can force the program to read the database by pressing the "=" key. The rate at which the program checks for changes can be adjusted by choosing the command "Refresh Rate" in the Actions menu and clicking on one of the following time intervals: 4 seconds, 1, 2, 5,10 or 20 minutes.
