Instead of displaying all the names on the board, you may choose to view only the names in a single group. If your system administrator has added group names, such as, Sales, Engineering and Administration, in the third column (initially titled Group), then you have the option to select only one of these groups to be displayed. To do this, select "View" on the main menu and click on your choice. To display only the names in the Sales group, for instance, select "View" on the main menu and click on Sales. Choosing "All" will return you to the full list of names.
For convenience, if you display a single group which is different than your own group, the program will always display your name as well.
Perhaps the fastest way to view a single group is to click on a group name in the Group field. For instance, click on the word "Sales" beside one of the names and only the names that comprise the Sales group will appear. A second click brings all the names back into view. If you click on the group adjacent to the logged in name (name with blue background), the window will shrink to display only the logged in name.
Another way to quickly display a group is to use one of the following keys:
| Press | To |
| F2 | View all groups |
| F3 | View only the second group on the menu |
| F4 | View only the third group on the menu |
| F5 | Etc. |
| ... | |
| F10 |
Note that right clicking on a group name of one of the employees will open a Send Message window that would be sent to the members in that group.
