Remove Name
Log on as administrator. Click on the name on the In/Out board and select "Remove Name" from the menu which appears. A pop-up window will give you one last chance to confirm your intention to delete the name. When names are deleted, all associated information is purged from the database, including any messages.
The system administrator can add, change and remove names while the database is in use. All workstations will see any changes on the next update cycle which is normally less than a minute.
