A panel on the right hand side displays seven descriptive comments that may be selected. If this panel is not displayed, click on the "Show actions" button. This text can be changed by the administrator.

Note: If the main screen is viewing a single group, the "Send to Everyone" button will indicate the group. For example, it may say "Send to Sales" indicating that only the Sales group would recieve the message.

The easiest way to send a message to a group is to right click on a group name beside one of the employees. A Send Message screen will open addressed to the members of the group. The button at the bottom of the screen will change to Send to <group name>.

If you want to send the same message to another person(s), press the Copy button to place the entire message text into the Windows clipboard. There is no need to highlight the text, as is often required when placing text into the clipboard. You can use the Paste button to retrieve the clipboard text and insert it into the message area.

For information on the option to "Disable the Send to Everyone" button click on Selecting Options.
